Terms & Conditions

The rules for using YazaFinder as a Student, a Yaza, or both.

Last updated 2 January 2026

1.Eligibility

YazaFinder is for university and college students in Malawi. You register as yourself. If you are using the service for a student who cannot register, you confirm you are allowed to act for them.

2.Account Creation & Registration

You create an account with email and a password, or with Google. Keep the login to yourself. You choose Student, Yaza, or both, and you can switch later. A Yaza listing stays private until KYC is approved.

3.Marketplace Roles

A Student finds and books a Yaza. A Yaza teaches, hosts group sessions, and can sell exam packs. One person can hold both roles. YazaFinder is the marketplace between them. It does not sit the module for either person.

4.Bookings

A booking is a fixed-price package: Assignment Assistance, Instant Help, Smart Revision, Specific Module, or Exam Prep. You choose the module, describe the problem, pick a time, and select online or in person. Online sessions use a Google Meet link the Yaza publishes after confirming.

5.Exam Packs

Exam packs are revision files a Yaza publishes for a module. You pay once through PayChangu. The files are for your own study. Do not copy them into assessed work or resell them.

6.Payments

Prices are in MWK. PayChangu collects session, exam-pack, and Premium payments by card or mobile money. The price you confirm is the amount collected. YazaFinder keeps 10 percent of a Yaza sale. A MWK 3,500 session pays the Yaza MWK 3,150.

7.Cancellations

Cancel from the session in the app before the start time when the product allows it. A student who does not attend a confirmed session is charged the package price. If the Yaza does not attend, the student is credited. See the Refund Policy.

8.Intellectual Property

The YazaFinder name, mark, and product stay with YazaFinder. Notes, quizzes, and exam-pack files stay with the Yaza who created them. You receive a licence to use them for your own study while your account is in good standing.

9.Acceptable Use Policy

A Yaza guides your understanding. They do not write your assignment, sit your quiz, or complete assessed work for you. Do not ask for that, and do not offer it. Do not harass another person, share KYC documents, or misuse the payment flow.

10.Dispute Resolution

A student can raise a dispute, including a no-show, within 24 hours of the session. The Yaza can answer. YazaFinder reviews the record and decides. The decision is applied to the payment and, where relevant, the payout.

11.Suspension & Termination

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, fails KYC, or misuses payments. You can ask us to delete your account from the app. Closing an account does not erase a payment record we must keep.

12.Limitation of Liability

YazaFinder provides the marketplace. Learning outcomes depend on you and the Yaza. We are not liable for indirect or lost academic results. Nothing here limits liability that Malawi law does not allow us to limit.

13.Contact & Legal Inquiries

Write to hello@yazafinder.app or call +265 981 819 389. For a session problem, use the dispute flow in the app so the 24-hour window is recorded.
